Canada!

The opening ceremony was so personal and beautiful. Canadians, I am in love with your home. I always have been but now it has been intensified.

Ironically, my favorite blogs are from Canada! Teza's Garden, An Explorer's View of Life, Muddy Boot Dreams, A Majority of Two, I'm sure I have missed a few.

My father's side of the family is French Canadian hence my last name, Verville. Know any Verville's?

Hi Michelle. Thanks for your visits.

Question, don't you have the opportunity to garden where you live?

Michelle:
As a Canadian I say thank you. In being one of your favourite bloggers, a double thank you! Your last name got me to thinking that there must be some Canadian blood flowing through your veins.
It's funny that for such a polite country, we tend to keep our patriotism under wraps, but I think with the Olympics, Canadians will relaize what a great country we live in! Now for those chocolate filled Olympic medals.... GO CANADA!

I do enjoy your figure skater -Johnny Weir and speed skater - I think his last name is OHNO or the like! So Go USA too! Share and share alike!

Hi Michelle, thanks for dropping by, I am rather proud of Canada also.

And thanks for mentioning my blog, how very nice of you.

You should hop on over to Lori at Family Trees May Contain Nuts. She is totally rad at finding family members. Who knows, maybe she can stir up a few relatives for you.

Michelle, I also have plenty of French Canadian blood from my dad's side of the family. I don't know any Verville's. Do you know any Brault's?

I've also noticed that some of my favorite blogs are based in Canada. Some special people there, I'd say.

You're special, too.
