A Good Mail Day!

I love those days when I wander on out to the mail box not expecting much and am completely delighted by what i find! It was a good mail day yesterday. I received three Iris related items. Sutton's Iris Gardens catalog, Cayeux's Iris Catalog and the spring editions of Tall Talk from the TBIS.

The Cayeux catalog was sent to me by a fellow blogger that noticed my insane love for irises. I thank you so much! I will enjoy it very much. Cayeux's site is www.iris-cayeux.com

Here are Napa Iris Gardens new intro's. I love them all. Visit their site. You won't be disappointed. www.napairis.com

Some of Sutton's new intro's. Love Orangelo!!! Visit their site at www.suttoniris.com It's not updated for the 09 season yet but soon.

I love those kind of mail days, too! We have a blizzard right now. I am not kidding. We could get up to 9 inches of snow. Brrr.....

That's the beauty of good old fashioned snail mail - all those colorful surprises in the mailbox. I love days like that too.

I love irises and don't have near enough, the only thing: they don't flower long enough! ;~(

Thanks for sharing that iris catalog with us. I am heading over to their site right now.... I am big fan of heirloom iris.

Happy Spring!

We inherited many lovely irises from the previous gardeners at our house. Your post is getting me re-inspired, just as bloom season is about to begin.
